Terms & Conditions
Last updated 13 July 2026
These terms apply when you buy a ticket to, or attend, the New Muslims Community Conference 2026 (NMCC 2026), organised by AL KHAADEM FOUNDATION (202001009346 (1365666-K)).
By registering, you agree to them. Please read the refunds clause in particular.
Your ticket
A ticket admits one person to the event and date shown on it. When your payment is confirmed, we issue a QR ticket — that QR code is what gets you in, so keep it to yourself. We may refuse entry to a QR code that has already been scanned.
Free tickets and invite codes
New Muslims attend free, always. Some tickets — including organisation and private-invitation tickets — are free but need an invite code issued by the organising team. Each code allows a fixed number of tickets, and stops working once that allocation is used up. Codes are not for sale and not transferable.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken by our gateway, Billplz. Your ticket is only valid once Billplz confirms the payment — a payment that fails or is abandoned does not hold you a place.
Refunds and cancellations
All tickets are non-refundable. Once your payment is confirmed, we cannot refund it — including if you change your mind, if you are unable to attend, or if you do not turn up on the day.
If we cancel the event outright, we will refund what you paid. If we postpone the event or move it to another venue, your ticket remains valid for the new date.
Changes to the programme
Speakers, panels, timings, and the venue may change. We will announce material changes by email or WhatsApp to the contact details you registered with. A change of speaker or running order is not on its own a reason for a refund.
Conduct at the event
The conference is a judgement-free space, and we intend to keep it that way. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who harasses or endangers other attendees, disrupts the programme, or ignores the venue's rules — without a refund.
Photography and filming
We photograph and film the conference, and we use that footage to report on the event and to promote future ones. If you attend, you may appear in it.
If you would rather not be filmed or photographed, tell a member of the team at the registration desk on the day and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Liability
We are not liable for your travel, accommodation, or other costs if the event is cancelled, postponed, or changed — our liability is limited to refunding the ticket price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by Malaysian law.
Your personal data
How we handle the personal data you give us when you register is set out in our Privacy Notice, at /privacy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
